Spirit AI is an AI solutions company founded by two Bilkent University alumni. We build practical AI products and custom agentic systems for real business use — and we operate from the heart of Turkey's technology ecosystem.

Meet the founders
Efe Berk Arpacioglu
Co-FounderElectrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from Bilkent University, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at King's College London. Leads the technical architecture and AI systems side of Spirit AI.
Eren Melek
Co-FounderBusiness Administration student at Bilkent University with a sharp focus on operational strategy and commercial growth. Leads the business development, partnerships, and go-to-market side of Spirit AI.
Our story
Spirit AI was founded by two Bilkent University graduates with a shared conviction: AI is transforming how businesses operate, but most of the value is locked behind complexity that small and mid-size businesses can't access on their own.
We started by asking: what does a business actually need from AI right now? Not what's theoretically impressive — what creates real operational value today?
The answer led us to ADA: an AI assistant for hospitality businesses that handles reservations and customer communication through WhatsApp — the channel customers already use.
Beyond products, we build custom AI systems for businesses with specific needs that don't fit existing tools. And through our involvement in Referandium, we stay connected to deeper research and forward-looking technology.
Both founders are Bilkent University alumni — one of Turkey's most prestigious research universities, known for its rigorous engineering and science programs.
We operate from Bilkent Cyberpark in Ankara — Turkey's leading technology and R&D hub, home to hundreds of tech companies and research institutions.
We operate as both a product company (ADA, Referandium) and a custom AI development partner — giving us the depth of a consultancy and the focus of a product team.
